Since the Fall of 2006 PBA has been representing the interests of our members in the Fletcher Police Department. In the latest ESC hearing, wherein PBA council represented member Sharon Archer, the hearing officer found what PBA and our members have been saying all along since the outrageous firing of PBA member Tim Foxx. The following Editorial appeared in the Jan. 31,2008 edition of the Hendersonville Times and refers to much of what PBA warned Fletcher Town Officials and the District Attorney of more than a year ago.
