The North Carolina Police Benevolent Foundation (NCPBA) proudly presented three of its four Police Benevolent Foundation scholarships in July. (The fourth presentation is pending.) On July 23 Lou Ellen Taylor, President of the NCPBA, presented a $500.00 scholarship to Kaylee Pace of Hendersonville, NC. Taylor then presented additional $500.00 scholarships on July 30 to Matthew Kane of Fayetteville and Kimberly Mobley of Hope Mills. The Foundation scholarship may be used for tuition, room and board or books.
