Alcovy Chapter
(Agencies in Greene, Hancock, Jasper, Morgan,
Newton, Putnam, Rockdale, and Walton Counties)
The chapter meets the third Thursday of the even
numbered months at 4 PM at Waffle House
Restaurant in Covington. The Alcovy Chapter
President is Tim Hollowell (Rockdale SO), Senior
Vice President and PAC Chair is Pete Wolfe,
Secretary is Brian Burgamy, and Grievance Chair
Roger Allen.
Atlanta Chapter
(Atlanta P.D. and Atlanta Corrections)
The chapter meets the second Wednesday of each
month at 11 AM at Manuel’s Tavern in North
Highlands. Chapter President is Marcia Dell,
Senior Vice President is Summer Benton, Vice
Presidents are Jason Sokloski and Daniel
Primrose, Secretary is Shawn Jones, Immediate
Past-President is Richard Straut and other
board members are: Mike Anthony, Patrick Apoian,
Phil Autrey, Kewyn Bapiste, Tony Biello, Cynthia
Brewer, Eric Cloy, David Ferguson, Samuel Floyd,
Keith Foster, Bill Gilmore, Cliff Johnson, Joe
Layman, Randy Miller, John Oglesby, Tom Padgett,
Carlo Peek, Scott Priestly, William Seller,
Robert Sullivan, Debra Tarver, Lenell Whitsey,
and David Wilson. The Atlanta Chapter is unique
in that it sends trained peer representatives to
OPS when P. D. officers are required to appear
as suspects or witnesses in any internal
investigation.
Atlantic Chapter
(Agencies in Appling, Bacon, Brantley, Camden,
Charlton, Glynn, Jeff Davis, Liberty, Long,
McIntosh, Pierce, Tattnall. Toombs, and Wayne
Counties)
The chapter meetings are scheduled at various
times and locations around the chapter, check
with the board members or the Georgia Office for
times and locations. President is Josh Cothern,
Senior Vice President is Richie Douberly,
Secretary is Mike Davis. Other board members are
Joe Naia, Shawn Johnson, and Ben Robinson. These
members have been doing an excellent job in
leading the chapter and recruiting new members.
Clayton County Chapter
(Agencies in Clayton County)
The chapter meets the first Tuesday of every
month at 5 PM at the Clayton County Harley
Davidson Store in Morrow. Tony Thuman is
president, Frank Thomas is senior vice
president, and Larry White is secretary. Taylor
Davis is the chairman of the political action
committee, Mark Thompson is the chairman of the
membership committee, and Chris Butler is the
chairman of the grievance committee. Other board
members are Chris Hotchkiss and Mike Green. This
is a very motivated, active group, eager to
represent their membership and have enjoyed
early successes in obtaining an across the board
10% pay raise for Clayton County officers. The
chapter is working on obtaining payroll
deduction, increasing membership, and educating
the local politicians of issues important to the
members.
Coastal Counties Chapter
(Agencies in Bryan, Bulloch, Candler, Chatham,
Effingham, and Evans Counties)

(Georgia Department of Corrections)
The COBA Chapter President is Jerome Little of
Macon S.P. Roger Sadler of Valdosta S.P. is the
Senior Vice President and Grievance Chair, Ed
Hammonds of Northwest P.D.C. is the Vice
President and Membership Chair, and Tony Davis
of Valdosta S.P. is Secretary. Other board
members are Doyle Willmon of Hayes S.P. and Mike
Jones of Autry S.P. PBA is interested in forming
membership groups in each institution.
CSRA Chapter

Jefferson, Jenkins, Lincoln, McDuffie, Richmond,
Screven, Taliaferro, Warren, and Wilkes
Counties)

Fayette County Chapter
(Agencies in Fayette County)
The chapter meets the second Wednesday of each
month at 7 PM at the IHOP Restaurant in
Fayetteville. This was the first county of the
now defunct Metro Chapter to form it’s own
chapter. A chapter executive board was elected:
David Webb is President and Mike Francis is
Senior Vice President; both members are with
Fayetteville P.D. Tom Mindar is Secretary and
Tom Brenna is the Membership Chair; both members
are with Fayette County SO . David Webb will
also serves as the PAC Chair.
Flint River Chapter
(Agencies in Baker, Calhoun, Clay, Crisp,
Decatur, Dougherty, Early, Grady, Lee, Miller,
Mitchell, Quitman, Randolph, Seminole, Terrell,
Turner, and Worth Counties)
The chapter meets the fourth Wednesday of every
month at Noon at the Merry Acres Restaurant in
Albany. Chapter Board is President Benita
Childs, Senior Vice President and PAC Chair
James Williams, Secretary Adie Durden,
Membership Chair Mike Tilson and board members
Arthur Butler and Wendy Luster.
Fulton County Chapter
(Agencies in Fulton County)
A Fulton County Steering Committee has been
established. Frank Cobbs of Fulton County School
PD is the Steering Chair and Corey Miller of
Alpharetta PD is the Vice-Chair. Greg Davis of
Alpharetta PD is the secretary. Other committee
members are Matt Stocks, Rebekah Davis, and Sean

GBI Chapter
Al Hagan (GBI HQ) serves as the steering chair
for the chapter. Al is in the process of
recruiting new
members and getting a steering committee board

Georgia Trooper Chapter
Chapter Executive Board is President Mike
Gurley, Senior Vice President Randy Lane, Vice
President Steve Bone, and Secretary David James.
Other board members are: Lee Boone, Kyle Duke,
Dwayne Fabian, Rufus Grace, Frank Mize, Russell
Powell, and Steve Strickland. The chapter meets

Middle Georgia Chapter

Crawford, Dodge, Dooly, Houston, Johnson, Jones,

Telfair, Treutlen, Twiggs, Washington, Wilcox,
and Wilkinson Counties)
The chapter meets the second Thursday of every
month at 6 PM at Piccadilly’s in the Macon Mall.
The Chapter Board: Lionel Doss (Macon P.D.) is
President, Darrin Marcus is Senior Vice
President and PAC Chair, and Amanda Vaughn is
Secretary. Other board members are: Glen Archie,
Karl Callum, and Chris Valenziano.
North Central Georgia Chapter
(Agencies in Barrow and Gwinnett Counties)
The chapter meets the third Tuesday of every odd
numbered month at 7 PM at Golden Corral
Restaurant, 2155 Riverside Parkway in
Lawrenceville. President Lewis Rusgrove (Barrow
SO), Senior Vice President Ed Weaver, Secretary
Tim Hines, Grievance Chair Ed Marsden, PAC Chair

make up the Board of Directors.
North Georgia Chapter

Chapter President is John Sisk (Gainesville P.D.),
Chris Robinson is Vice President, Margaret

Tim Jarrell, Bill Worrell, and Jeff Hooper. The
chapter meets the first Tuesday of every month
at 6:30 PM at El Maguey Restaurant in
Gainesville. John also serves as the Georgia
Division Secretary.
Northeast Georgia Chapter
(Agencies in Clarke, Elbert, Franklin, Hart,
Jackson, Madison, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and
Stephens Counties)
The chapter meets the second Wednesday of every
odd numbered month at 7 PM at Logan’s Restaurant
in Athens. Chapter President David Kilpatrick
(Oconee SO) continues to lead the chapter in a
progressive and professional manner, along with
Senior Vice President Barry Reed, Vice
Presidents Gary Cool and Tim Haller, and
Secretary Dale Brown.
Northwest Georgia Chapter

Floyd, Gordon. Murray, and Whitfield Counties)

month at 6 PM at Ole Times Country Buffet in
Valdosta.Jason Sunday serves as President, Dale
Wiley is Senior Vice President, Richard Davis is
Vice President, and Bobbi McGraw is Secretary.
Other board members are Ray McGraw and Jo Ann
Rofulowitz. Jason was elected Senior Vice
President of the Georgia Division during the
last state meeting.
South Metro Chapter
(Agencies in Butts, Henry, Lamar, Pike,
Spaulding, and Upson Counties)
The chapter meets first Monday of each month at
7 PM at the SSPBA Office in McDonough. Chapter
President Bob Willard, Mark Amerman is Senior
Vice President, and Jason Mitchell is Secretary.
State Law Enforcement Chapter
(All state law enforcement agencies except GSP,
GBI, and DOC)
Larry Hammond (Parole Board) is chapter
president. Senior Vice President is John
Crumbley (DPS MCCD), Vice President is Laurel
Clark (Parole Board) and Secretary is Daniel
Carroll (DPS MCCD) . A chapter meeting will be
held at least twice in 2007, probably in
Cartersville.
West Central Georgia Chapter
(Agencies in Chattahoochee, Harris, Macon,
Marion, Meriwether, Muscogee, Schley, Stewart,
Sumter, Talbot, Taylor, Troup, and Webster
Counties)
The chapter meets the second Monday of every
month at 6 PM at the Shirley Wilson Park, 1525
Steam Mill Road in Columbus. Chapter President
is Byron Hickey, Senior Vice President is Jackie
Lee, Sandra Hickey is Vice President, and Chris
Anderson is Secretary. Craig Haggas is the
Grievance Committee Chair, Roger Smith is
Membership Chair, and James Gunter is the PAC
Chair.
West
Georgia Chapter
