Today was the first day of the 2006
legislative session and it was a good
one. I feel this year will be a
productive one for the citizens of our
great state.
I just wanted to let you know the
Governor's State of the State Address is
scheduled for next Wednesday, January
18th. I invite you to drop by the
Lieutenant Governor's office on the
first floor of the Statehouse anytime
between 5:30 PM and 6:45 PM to
informally discuss legislative issues of
interest that you might have (whether it
involves Senior issues or any other
issue of importance to you.
With your help I am looking forward to
many accomplishments this year by the
Senate.
