Donate $108,780.14 to the PBF

We are pleased to enclose our contribution in the amount of $108,780.14 in direct support of Louisiana law enforcement officers impacted by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Such amount represents donations from state associations, active, associate, and life members of IACP, members of the general public and IACP itself.  In soliciting such funds, IACP made a commitment that funds collected would be restricted to Louisiana sworn law enforcement officers impacted by either Hurricane Katrina or Rita and who are in need.  No overhead or administrative fees will be paid with such donation.  Further, we request disbursement of such restricted contribution be tracked with reports provided to IACP within a reasonable time frame, not to exceed for six months from receipt of our donation.  Please inform us if an extension is required.  Such report should include the recipient, date paid, amount paid, and description of direct benefit provided to officer.

We are all very grateful for the extraordinary efforts performed by your organization and congratulate you on the difficult and important work that you do.
