On Friday, September 30, 2005, the Upper Cumberland Chapter (TN) of the Southern States Police Benevolent Association (SSPBA) in partnership with Structured Athletics for Challenged Children (SACC) held its Second Annual "Fishing With A Cop" day at Twin Lakes Catfish Farm in Baxter.  The children joined local law enforcement officers in a cookout and then baited their hooks in search of the biggest catfish.  The young anglers reeled in several fish and the evening was topped off with trophy a presentation.
