The goal of the PBA Legal Services Department is to provide quality legal services to our law enforcement officer members when their need for legal assistance related to their performance of their duties arises. When our members are involved in lawsuits, serious accidents, death in custody incidents, shootings, disciplinary actions and grievances arising out of their law enforcement duties, PBA Legal Services strives to give them the best legal representation for their situation. We not only provide legal services to our members, but we make every effort to ensure that our members feel supported when difficult circumstances arise.
