Comstock Earns Support of the Virginia Police Benevolent Association

The Virginia Police Benevolent Association (VAPBA) is pleased to announce that Congresswoman Barbara Comstock (R-VA) has earned the endorsement of the VAPBA for re-election to Congress for Virginia’s 10th Congressional District.

“The law enforcement community throughout Virginia’s 10th Congressional District has no better friend and advocate than Congresswoman Barbara Comstock,” said Joseph Woloszyn, Virginia Police Benevolent Association Division President. “Congresswoman Barbara Comstock works hand in hand on a nearly daily basis with the local law enforcement community battling the heroin epidemic and taking on the scourge of human trafficking.  It is vitally important for the law enforcement community to return a great advocate for them and the public to Congress, and we look forward to continuing to work with Congresswoman Barbara Comstock as she heads toward victory in November.”

“I am honored, once again, to have earned the Virginia Police Benevolent Association’s endorsement,” said Congresswoman Barbara Comstock. “Our brave men and women in law enforcement and their families need to know that while they face danger and peril for their communities, that we will have their backs. I’ve been heartened by the outpouring of support for our law enforcement throughout the 10th District. While working closely with our law enforcement community, I have seen first-hand their tireless efforts to control crime and keep our communities safe while dealing with new threats like the heroin epidemic and human trafficking. I will continue to work with the Virginia Police Benevolent Association and our entire law enforcement community to ensure the right policies are enacted on the federal level to keep our police and communities safe. I appreciate their support for my campaign.”
