Kris began his career with the PBA in 2011, as a Recruiter for the state of Georgia.  In 2012, Kris was promoted to Recruiting Manager and Training Coordinator where he assumed day to day management of the Recruiting staff, continuing to recruit new members and coordinating SSPBA training.  In 2019, Kris was promoted to Director of Development where he continued his previous responsibilities and also began leading workshops to review operational processes.  In 2022, Kris was promoted to Director of Operations where he now focuses on operations and assists with the implementation of directives from SSPBA COO Reneé Dixon.  

Kris Jarvis earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Mercer University. Kris also received his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice.
