Joan Fabian started her career with the PBA in 1991 working in the telemarketing department. Shortly after that PBA developed a Mail Center, and assigned Joan to head it up. The Mail Center is in charge of incoming and outgoing mail, calling, address corrections, supplies, printing and merchandising.

Joan has a thorough knowledge of postal procedures and a commitment to always doing the best job possible. She works hard to ensure that PBA is using its resources as efficiently as possible.
