Senate Bill 2385 Update

Senate Bill 2385 just passed the state legislature. This legislation makes it a felony to file a false lien against law enforcement officers and other public officials and employees due to their official actions. This is legislation requested and supported by PBA to address such actions that are being filed against officers by Sovereign citizens. Bill now goes to governor for approval.
