Women's Self Defense Seminar

 
This interactive empowerment class covers a variety of useful and powerful techniques including kicks, strikes,defense from grabs, defense from weapons and defense from ground attacks. You can expect to increase your awareness and learn new skills. The seminar is made possible by the CSRA Chapter of the PBA of Georgia and Regions Mortgage, Space is limited, so don't miss out!

 

On Saturday, November 1st, the CSRA Chapter of the PBA of Georgia is conducting an interactive seminar about self defense. This event will be held at the Foundation Club in Augusta. This seminar is absolutely free, and it is extremely valuable in its potential for saving your life.. We encourage everyone with an interest in securing a spot for this highly useful seminar.

PBAGA Scholarship Recipient Kaytlynn DeWinter

April 3, 2024

Kaytlynn began her college career at University of West Georgia in Carrollton through the dual enrollment program at East Coweta High School in Sharpsburg. By the time of graduation, she?d worked her way through her freshman year. She is one of about two dozen offspring of law enforcement officers, who are also members of SSPBA, to win a PBF scholarship in 2023.
