Cary Chapter Seeks Support for Officer Chad Penland
July 18, 2011 The Police Benevolent Foundation and the Cary Chapter of the North Carolina Police Benevolent Association are rallying behind PBA member and fellow officer Chad Penland. He was involved in an on-duty motorcycle accident on July 15th and hospitalized for his injuries. The Cary chapter hopes to alleviate some of the expenses for his family as they support Chad and his recovery efforts. |
Police Benevolent Foundation Presents Plaque of Appreciation to Stella Nova Technologies Inc.
July 18, 2011 The Police Benevolent Foundation recently presented a plaque of appreciation to employees of Stella Nova Technologies Inc. in Wake Forest, NC. Stella Nova Technologies is a growing technology company comprised of seasoned retail professionals working alongside experienced developers of point-of-sale, web and other applications designed for the retail environment. The plaque presentation was for a $250 donation that the company had made to the PBF. Chris Byers, a police officer and PBA member, was able to present information about the PBF to his wife Amy who works for the company. |
