GA. P.O.S.T. Statement on CBD Use by Peace Officers

As a courtesy to our members, PBA is providing a copy of the recent GA. P.O.S.T. STATEMENT ON CBD USE by PEACE OFFICERS in an effort to educate our members on the consequences of using CBD products and the potential impact on one’s P.O.S.T. certification.

Please note that any disciplinary action that is taken against a PBA member based on the circumstances described in the GA. P.O.S.T. STATEMENT ON CBD USE by PEACE OFFICERS will NOT be covered under the PBA legal benefits as such activity does not involve the performance of law enforcement action.
