The Smoky Mountain Chapter of the TNPBA endorses Richard "Dick" Vance and David Davenport

The Smoky Mountain Chapter of the Tennessee Police Benevolent Association recently held a political screening for those candidates running for Sheriff of Jefferson County and Circuit Court Judge in the Fourth Judicial District (Part II). During the screening process Richard “Dick” Vance and David Davenport demonstrated why their experiences and values make them uniquely qualified to represent the voters of Jefferson County and the 4th Judicial District (Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson and Sevier Counties). They also demonstrated that they are committed to making strong effective law enforcement a priority in their campaign. That is why the Smoky Mountain Chapter of the TNPBA is proud to announce their support by endorsing Richard “Dick” Vance for Circuit Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District and David Davenport for Jefferson County Sheriff in the upcoming election on May 6, 2014.
Tennessee PBA President Johnny Bohanan said, "Through an understanding of issues important to our membership and a willingness to be a working partner in our efforts to improve and promote the local law enforcement profession, Richard “Dick” Vance and David Davenport have earned the support of the PBA.
