Alexandria Chapter holds screening and makes endorsements

September 28, 2012

The Alexandria Screening Process for the upcoming general elections was held on September 18, 2012 at the Hampton Inn in Alexandria. Chris Flood, Dennis Andreas, Matt Weinert, and I were panel members for the Mayoral and City Council candidates. A state panel was also formed and a screening was done for candidates from Congressional Districts 8, 10 and 11. Members of the State Board panel were: Joe Woloszyn, Sonny Nipper, Marta Goodwin and Tommy Ground.

2nd annual Race for the Fallen was a success

The 2nd Annual Race for the Fallen Half Marathon was a huge success. The race had almost 200 participants and raised significant funds to benefit the Police Benevolent Foundation.
