1300 square foot lake house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen, dining room, family room w/ wood burning fireplace, big wall mounted TV, large deck, paddle boat.
Lake Royale lake house - Stoney Cove, NC
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is a pool table (can convert to a ping pong table or air hockey downstairs, shuffle board table upstairs, games. Beautiful sun room. 1 bedroom has king with deck view of lake. Another upstairs bedroom has full bed with bunk beds. Downstairs has queen bed. There is a pull out couch downstairs also. We have very limited cable tv. There is a community clubhouse with a restaurant less than 2 miles away. Around the lake is a pavilion with putt-putt golf, volleyball, snack bar (depending on season).
7 day vacation (Sunday to Sunday) at a 2 bedroom condo at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa
Roger, Linda, and Chad Penland are donating a 7 day vacation (Sunday to Sunday) at a 2 bedroom condo at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa. This is a 5 star resort in Orlando Florida. The condo comes completely furnished & sleeps 8 people. One bedroom can be locked off to sleep 4 people, and has its own complete kitchen, bedroom, dining area, and bathroom. The condo has 4 flat screen televisions. This vacation can be taken anytime from now until December. The condo is within 15 min. of Orlando International Airport, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and City Walk. Westgate offers free shuttle service to & from all theme parks and shopping. On the premises you have the Smoke House Bar & Grill serving breakfast and dinner with catering and room service. There is also a Pizza Hut that provides room service. There are 7 heated pools and hot tubs, a lake side dock with paddle boats and fishing poles for fishing, a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, 18 Hole miniature golf course, bicycles, game room, and a workout room. These amenities are all inclusive. Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa is a gated community and has 24hr. security. Vacation request dates must be made by the end of March if the week of July 4th and Christmas are of interest. A three week notice is required to book your week. This package is being donated to show appreciation for the work that the PBA and PBF did to support Officer Chad Penland who nearly lost his life in an on duty motorcycle accident.
