Oversight Committee hears from DPS officials on Prison Reform
January 29, 2018 On January 25th, the NCPBA was present at the Joint Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety meeting at the General Assembly. They met to hear an update on prison reform from North Carolina Department of Public Safety Secretary Erik Hooks. Hooks was supported by numerous staff in his presentation and members of the committee asked a wide array of questions. |
